When is the best time to visit
Mozambique
Wintertime in Mozambique is between May to October, but its tropical climate makes winter an ideal time to visit if you want to avoid the extreme humidity during the summer months of December, January, and February.
Most travellers choose to enjoy Mozambique from August, onwards, before the Western school year restarts. This is partly because of the wide variety of watersports and family activities on offer, including whale watching between June and October each year.
